The Sticky Plays
A Playmaking One Production

Playmaking One is the first course that a child (aged 9+) takes with Scene & Heard. We run two of these courses annually. Each course involves 8-10 children and is constructed as follows:

Eight weekly after-school classes.
Working alongside volunteer theatre professionals the children are taught basic drama and playwriting skills, both as a group and individually with their adult partner. The classes culminate in:

The Writing Weekend.
This takes place at the end of the classes. Each child is partnered with an adult theatre professional, who acts as their mentor and dramaturg, assisting them in writing a ten-minute, two-character play.

PERFORMANCES:

Thursday 1st December at 7.30 p.m
Friday 2nd December at 7.30 p.m
Saturday 3rd December at 7.30 p.m
Sunday 4th December at 3.00 p.m

The performance will last approximately 2 hours
and is NOT suitable for children under 7 years old.

Tickets are FREE but reservations are essential!
